Good Morning, Crafty Friends! I am so excited about this new release at Gina K. Designs! I have released a new set called, “Have Faith” that has an assortment of greetings in a loose, modern mixed script. Encouraging and thoughtful, these greetings will brighten someone’s cloudy day. Some of these greetings are GIANT and I love them. ❤️
This card uses the brand new incentive set, “Sweet Camellia” (free with a $75 purchase!), along with one of my greetings. I colored the flowers with a few Prismacolor colored pencils and some super basic coloring skills. (Stamped with Jet Black Amalgam ink on Artist’s Choice Cardstock)
This card features one of the beautiful new stencils, “Thick Brush”. I used my Picket Fence brushes (the sizes I use most are these) with Distress Oxide Ink in Twisted Citron and Lucky Clover to create the smooth pattern.
Isn’t this greeting so comforting? It’s the perfect size to stick on the bottom of a card.
I used the new “Art Deco” stencil on this card with Lemon Drop and Passionate Pink Ink. I just love that peachy blend that’s in between the two colors! These brushes make it so easy to blend Gina’s ink!
This card really shows how large this greeting is. This type of card would be so easy to whip up in a pinch!
I just saw a variation of this quote on Pinterest-
“This too shall pass. It might pass like a kidney stone, but it’ll pass.” 😄
Here’s a little sneak peek of tomorrow’s blog hop using Hannah’s gorgeous new set, “Whimsical Wildflower Frame”. These flowers are so much fun to color, and they can be adjusted to fit whatever size greeting you like!
Something I envisioned with my set is the Mega Wreath Builder. These large greetings would work perfectly in a large wreath! I used “Pressed Flowers 2” to create a large, 7.5″ wreath. The colors I used for the flowers are Wild Dandelion and Passionate Pink with a Warm Cocoa for the flower tummies.
I cut my wreath down to make a 5×7 card, and stamped my greeting in the white space.
I just love how this turned out! This technique could be used to make smaller cards, but I’m really enjoying this big card.
I hope you enjoyed seeing the cards I created using this set. I had so much fun creating my stamp set and making cards with it. I always love to see how well different products blend together to make something extra special, and I cannot wait to see what you all create with it!
Comment below your thoughts on my new set! Know anyone in your life who could use a pick-me-up card?
Thanks for stopping by!
